Welcome to Byron Center! With a total population of just under 6,000 according to the 2010 Census report.
This quaint town has nearly doubled in size since the 2000 Census! This quaint town is 14 miles Southwest of Grand Rapids in Kent County.
Byron Center Public Schools are complete with three elementary schools, a middle school and high school. Surrounded by open country land, farms, and wooded areas, it is filled with all sorts of outdoor activities to do.
Bike the Kent County Trails all the way from Byron Center straight through Grand Rapids and back. Enjoy staying active in this community and be able to relax in its lush parks with friends and family.

Enjoy the beautiful open landscape, lakes and wooded areas that make up this area. The village of Caledonia can be found in country land southeast of Grand Rapids. Don’t get caught up in all that city and highway traffic! If it is farms and 2 lane road you like, Caledonia is for you.

Welcome to Grandville, notably one of the oldest suburbs surrounding Grand Rapids. This is 15,000 person population that has all sorts of peaceful housing developments. It holds the largest shopping center in the GR area; the Rivertown Crossings mall. This city is also seconds away from easy highway access to I-196 and M-6. There is an abundance of restaurants, shops, parks, schools and events throughout this city.
The city of Grandville has been known as the City of “churches and parks.” With a total of 9 public schools in the Grandville school district, education is a priority. With a small town feel, the community has developed the Grandville area to be one of the best places to live.

Welcome to Michigan’s Salad Bowl, otherwise known as Hudsonville. This small town, country feel city has a diverse range of areas to live in. Jamestown Township is on the southern side of Hudsonville with lots of new developments in its expanding community. With the city as a whole growing rapidly, there are now two middle school locations and a two building high school for educational accommodation.

The area of Rockford is largely comprised of lakes, forests and natural beauty. It is a rustic feel community northeast of Grand Rapids off US 131. With one of the smallest populations on our map with 5,700 people as of the 2010 Census Report. However, it is a fast growing population, new developments are going up fast while keeping the wooded habitat in tact.
This area has a small handful of new custom home communities on our New Construction Map. The award winning public school district has plenty to offer to your children. Rockford is an exciting area with plenty of outdoor activities to do during both the warm and cold seasons. From festivals to trails and recreation, to boat launches and ski resorts to name a few.
